Golf du Stade Français Courson

Locate on the map

Close to the Château de Courson, a designer's dream: 110 gently undulating hectares.
On 15th June 1991, four 9-hole courses saw the light of day: Courson was born. The masterpiece bore the signature of the course designer Von Hagge. For the visitor, the spirit of Courson can be appreciated on experiencing the astonishment of seeing, from the Club House on a summer or autumn evening, the green of hole 5 Black in the foreground and then the mist rising up from the water hazards between holes 8, 5 and 9 Black and hole 9 Orange, where ten of mounds rise up like the summits of the Alps poking through the clouds. A painting worthy of Turner, against the wooded backdrop of Vaugrigneuse.
Courson is a perfectly straightforward course, at least for 35 holes! The 36th, the 8 Green, is a puzzler. Your shot.
