Agricultural interpretation trail, Gâtinais Regional Nature Park
A series of interpretation panels reveal the story of farming and market gardening in the Gâtinais; aromatic plants, watercress, large-scale farming, smallholdings, distinctive landscapes and buildings in typical style. This trail enables the visitor to learn while being entertained thanks to stories and a series of fun questions: what's the difference between wheat and barley? What are peas used for? What's the meaning of "three-yearly rotation of crops"?... For walkers and cyclists only. Suitable for schoolchildren, naturalists, walkers... Long circular walk of 8.5 km, or two shorter ones of 4 and 4.5 km. Trail can be downloaded from www.parc-gatinais-francais.fr
